Nara sweet and Sumi -②
◆ Common manufacturing process
Also, mysteriously, I think that the manufacturing processes of ink and rakugan are very similar. For both ink and rakugan, soft dough is inserted into a wooden mold, shaped and removed. After that, it is dried and hardened ... The processes are very similar. As mentioned above, the materials are different, but they are very similar because of the flow of putting them in a wooden mold. Also, I personally think that the cultures that originated in Nara are very interesting and have a story. Both have not only the purpose of "writing" and "eating" but also the element of "seeing and enjoying", and I think that is one of the wonderful charms common to both.
